Rate Info:
Phone calls, tolls, parking, 20%service charge are added to all rates.
For all hourly vehicles all trips are charged from garage to garage. Billing begins when the vehicle leaves the garage (using midtown Manhattan as the garage location). There is a minimum of ˝ hour garage time at the beginning and end of each trip when trip occurs in Manhattan.
The above rates do not apply on the following events: Grammy’s, MTV Awards, Super Bowl, and US Open Tennis, Emmys, UN Week and any other major event. The same applies for all major holidays, catastrophic events or during severe weather conditions. In the events mentioned above all the vehicles are billed hourly from the time the vehicles leave the garage, using midtown Manhattan as the garage location.

Changes and Updates:
It is your responsibility to inform our dispatchers of any changes or updates to any reservation. Example: missed a flight, change flight information or change a pick up address.
Terms and Conditions:
- The first fifteen minutes of waiting time are free when departing from Manhattan to the Airports.
- The first fifteen minutes of waiting time are free when departing from the Airports to Manhattan domestic flights. Thirty minutes to international flights.
- Thereafter waiting time is charged at a rate of 0.40 cents per minute.
- No shows, after fifteen minutes of waiting of scheduled local pick-ups are charged US $ 45.00
- No shows, after thirty minutes of waiting time of scheduled picks-ups at the airports are charged the full rate.
- Additional stops within the same zone are US $20.00 each.
- Additional stops in a different zone from the pick up are US $30.00 each.
- Additional stops in a different borough from the pick-up are US $ 40.00 each plus additional mile.
- Additional stops in a different county or state from the pick-up point are US $50.00 each plus additional mile.
- The first five minutes an all additional stops are free, thereafter; there is a charge of 0.50 cents per minute.
- A job per hours is rated at US $65.00 per hour within New York City boroughs.
- If a superior service warrants an additional gratuity; please sign the chauffeurs’ ticket.
