E-Mail Delivery Times

As some of you may have experienced, the past couple of days have posed challenges regarding email delivery time. This issue stems from a significant increase in the volume and types of messages being sent out from the Limo Anywhere system.
First and foremost, we would like to thank our customers and partners for your patience and support throughout this situation. We would also like to extend our deepest regrets for any disruption that this incident may have caused you and/or your customers.
Second, please know that our team has been working tirelessly around the clock to resolve the matter. Currently, we have the delay down to less than one minute for the vast majority of e-mails. We are monitoring queues on a minute-by-minute basis to ensure smooth deliverability, and the number of issues with sending appears to have dissipated significantly since yesterday.
Since this issue was first reported, we have pushed out over a dozen releases, two dozen deployments, as well as many other technical adjustments to bolster the infrastructure.
While the issue appears to be mostly resolved, there might be a very small percentage of incidents where delays still might occur. We continue to work diligently to ensure near-instantaneous delivery consistently across the board. If you are one of the clients still experiencing an occasional issue with email delivery and would prefer to temporarily bypass the send feature through LA, please review this blog as a temporary workaround.
