Improvements

• Added setting to "Disallow Cancel Reservation" to driver's DriverAnywhere settings in profile. This will hide "Cancel" statuses that are in "Cancelled" state in DA
  
• Added Profit Report to Reporting & Analytics. This report will display Affiliate, Driver, and Agent Pay along with reservation Total.
  
• Added Mileage Report to Reporting & Analytics. This report will show Mileage Out and In from reservation.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue where ORES widget was being redirected to book.mylimobiz.com instead of company's website URL on iOS devices
• Resolved issue where flight info had to be removed & reentered in order to update reservation through ORES 4
