🌟 Enhanced Reservation Log: An upgraded and more intuitive reservation log is live! This log provides a comprehensive view of all changes made on a reservation right from its creation. Distinct columns ensure clarity, detailing who made the change, when it occurred, and precisely what was modified—showcasing a side-by-side comparison of the old value against the new. Additionally, you can pinpoint the source of each change, whether it originated from the back office, Driver app, ORES, or other platforms. This highly sought-after feature aims to simplify your day-to-day operations and troubleshooting tasks. We value and encourage your feedback to further refine and enhance this tool.
🔧Issue: Some users found that the trip details displayed mock data instead of the accurate live details for a specific trip. Solution: We've tackled this glitch head-on. Now, trip cards accurately reflect the live details for every trip, ensuring users have precise, real-time information.
🔧Issue: A number of users reported an inability to access the complete list of drivers, affiliates, vehicles, or vehicle types, thus limiting their selections. Solution: We've ironed out this wrinkle. Users can now seamlessly access and select from their exhaustive list of records, be it drivers, affiliates, vehicles, or vehicle types.
🔧 Inactive Occasions in Dropdown: Fixed an issue where inactive occasions were incorrectly displayed in dropdown menus.
🔧 Meet Option Fee Removal: Rectified a bug causing the Meet Option Fee to be unintentionally removed when editing the airport routing on trips originating from ORES.
🔧 Invoice Template Discrepancy: Resolved an inconsistency where the Basic Invoice template was being dispatched even when a Custom Invoice was set as the default.
