Now live: GroundXchange + Limo Anywhere, connected both ways

Today we’re excited to announce full bidirectional connectivity between Limo Anywhere and GroundXchange (GX). Operators can now send (farm-out) trips out to GroundXchange affiliates and receive (farm in) trips.   Operators can now process New, Change, Cancel transactions and receive progress updates complete with driver information, Status Updates, GPS tracking and Trip Final Closeout charges in real time across your network.   Within Limo Anywhere, outbound trips are clearly marked as Manually Farmed Out, while inbound trips are treated as in‑house work with the GroundXchange confirmation number stored in the PO Reference # field.

What is GroundXchange?

GroundXchange (GX), a revolutionary real time integration platform uniquely developed to accelerate the automation of ground transportation bookings, status updates, and ride closeout information.   • Outbound (Farm-Out): Push LA reservations to a GroundXchange affiliate (you as originator; your partner as executor).
  • Inbound (Farm-In): Receive GroundXchange reservations directly into LA (you as executor), with the affiliate confirmation number visible on the reservation screen.

• Unified visibility: View GroundXchange activity in Addons → Trips → GroundXchange (see screenshots in the integration guides).
• Mapped data, fewer errors: Map vehicle categories, service types, payment methods, statuses, and rate items so data lands correctly and invoices reconcile cleanly.

How it works inside Limo Anywhere (at a glance)

• Go to Addons → Settings → GroundXchange and toggle GroundXchange Enabled. Add your GroundXchange ID / Participant Code, Authentication ID, and Authentication Password.
• Add your partner’s GroundXchange ID/Participant Code to the correct place: Executor ID for outbound, Originator ID (via the Billing Contact’s company) for inbound.
• Map Vehicle Categories, Service Types, Payment Methods, Dispatch Statuses, and Rates to GroundXchange values to optimize operational and billing workflows and reduce billing errors.
• Optional: set Default GroundXChange Payment Option and choose whether to Auto‑Accept Inbound Reservations.

Quick start checklist

1. Turn on Partner Connectivity in LA.
2. Complete GroundXchange Settings (IDs / Participant Code & credentials).
3. Finish data mappings (vehicles, services, payments, dispatch statuses, rates).
4. Choose Auto‑Accept and Default Payment preferences.
5. Monitor activity in Addons → Trips → GroundXchange.
