At Limo Anywhere, our best ideas come from you. During our recent LA Academy 2025 event, more than 100 operators shared their insights on what’s driving — and challenging — their businesses. Here’s what we learned and how your feedback is shaping the road ahead.
A Day of Learning, Listening, and Collaboration
Our 2nd-ever LA Academy brought customers together for a full day dedicated to learning, connection, and optimization. For six hours, we explored ways to get the most out of the Limo Anywhere platform — and just as importantly, we listened to your feedback in real time.
To start the day, we launched a live poll of more than 100 operators. The results gave us a powerful snapshot of what matters most in the chauffeured transportation world — from business challenges to future technology priorities.
People Power the Industry — and the Challenge

More than half of respondents (53%) said that drivers are their biggest ongoing challenge — more than competition, insurance, or even the economy.
That finding reinforces a simple truth: people are the backbone of every successful limo and black car business. Managing and supporting your teams effectively is critical, and it’s an area we continue to strengthen through better dispatch tools, clearer communication options, and smarter automation.
Efficiency Is Everything
When asked about their most valuable rate feature, a striking 72% said ease of use and management. And when it came to payments, nearly two-thirds (64%) chose ACH as the feature that would help most.

Automation and AI Are on the Rise
Over half of attendees (54%) want auto-payment processing to reduce manual work. When asked about AI, AI chatbots (43%) and natural language commands (30%) led the pack.
Your appetite for automation inspires us to keep innovating. We’re exploring new ways for AI to simplify communication, enhance reporting, and streamline your workflow — all while keeping you firmly in control.
Learning That Fits Your Schedule
A majority of respondents (63%) told us they prefer self-paced online lessons. That’s why we’re expanding our Limo Anywhere Learning resources, building new on-demand courses, and providing more flexible ways for you to train your team and master the platform — anytime, anywhere.
Marketing and Growth Go Hand in Hand
Even in an increasingly digital world, word of mouth and referrals (53%) remain the most effective marketing channels. Still, 33% of operators are doubling down on digital content and SEO to reach new audiences.
When it comes to growth priorities, marketing (39%) topped the list, followed by fleet upgrades and technology investments. That mix of traditional relationship-building and digital strategy shows a balanced, forward-thinking approach — and we’re committed to supporting both.
