Limo Anywhere at CD/NLA Vegas 2026: Supporting Our Community
The Chauffeur Driven / NLA Show 2026 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is always one of the most anticipated events of the year for the chauffeured transportation industry. From March 1–3, operators, vendors, and industry leaders came together to share ideas, explore technology, and strengthen the relationships that help move the industry forward.
For the team at Limo Anywhere, the show was an incredible opportunity—not just to meet operators exploring new software solutions, but even more importantly to connect with the customers who rely on our platform every day.
If you read our pre-show guide, you know we were excited to attend and support the community. You can revisit it here:

A Booth Focused on Helping Operators
While trade shows often focus heavily on sales conversations, our biggest priority this year was customer support.
We intentionally dedicated the majority of our booth space to helping existing customers. Operators were able to sit down with members of our team, ask questions, work through challenges, and explore ways to get even more value from the platform.
Whether it was reviewing workflows, discussing new features, or solving specific operational questions, those conversations are what events like this are really about for us.
Our goal was simple:
Make sure every customer who stopped by left with something useful.
Expanding Support Beyond the Booth
This year we also brought more members of our support team than ever before to Las Vegas.
In addition to staffing the booth during expo hours, we rented a dedicated space on property where operators could meet with our team outside of the show floor. This allowed us to offer focused support sessions throughout the event—before and after expo hours—so customers could get help without feeling rushed.
These extended sessions allowed operators to:
- Dive deeper into questions about their accounts
- Get guidance on workflows and platform features
- Talk through operational challenges
- Learn tips from the team that works with the system every day
For us, it was another way to reinforce something we strongly believe: when our customers show up for industry events, we show up for them too.

What We Heard from Operators at the Show
One of the most valuable parts of attending events like the Chauffeur Driven / NLA Show 2026 is the opportunity to hear directly from operators about what’s happening in their businesses.
Across dozens of conversations with operators from around the country, several themes came up consistently.
Efficiency and Automation
Many operators are looking for ways to reduce manual work in their daily operations. Whether it’s dispatch workflows, reporting, or managing affiliate trips, companies are increasingly focused on automating processes so their teams can focus on service and growth.
Scaling Without Adding Complexity
As companies grow—adding vehicles, chauffeurs, and affiliate partners—they need systems that allow them to scale without making operations more complicated. Operators emphasized the importance of having reservations, dispatch, payments, and reporting all in one platform.
Improving the Passenger Experience
From easier booking experiences to better traveler communication, operators are always looking for ways to enhance the customer journey. Technology that supports smooth booking, updates, and transparency continues to be a major priority.
Better Data and Reporting
Operators also shared how critical data insights have become for running their businesses. They want to understand what’s driving revenue, how their fleet is being utilized, and where they can improve margins.
Conversations like these help guide how we continue evolving Limo Anywhere to support real-world transportation operations. You can also send us feedback at our Product Board.
Top Questions Our Support Team Answered in Vegas
Because we brought a larger support team this year, we were able to spend time helping customers work through a wide range of questions.
Some of the most common topics included:
New Dispatch Grid
Customers wanted to know what they can I do with the New Dispatch Grid and how it works. You can learn more at https://kb.limoanywhere.com/docs/new-dispatch-grid/#attention-flags
Optimizing Dispatch Workflows
Operators wanted guidance on managing multiple chauffeurs, vehicles, and affiliate trips more efficiently while keeping dispatch operations organized and scalable.
Reporting and Business Insights
Many customers were interested in how to customize reports and pull the exact data they need to evaluate performance, track trips, and analyze their operations. Limo Anywhere’s reporting tools allow operators to choose the specific data they want and organize it into reports that provide meaningful business insights.
Payment Processing and Integrations
Payment workflows were another frequent topic, particularly around simplifying payment processing and keeping financial operations secure and efficient.
Driver Communication and Operations
Operators also asked questions about how drivers interact with the system, including driver apps, trip updates, and communication tools that help keep operations running smoothly.
Being able to walk through these questions in person gave operators the opportunity to explore solutions more deeply and leave with actionable insights they could apply immediately.
