Limo Anywhere is pleased to welcome Erica Bugbee as an Account Manager. With 12 years in Colorado's black car industry, Erica brings an operator's understanding of what it takes to deliver consistent service and build a business that is ready to grow.
Her experience spans fleet operations, affiliate relationships, and group transportation, along with industry leadership and mentoring. She brings that practical perspective to conversations with Limo Anywhere customers about their operations and the goals they want to achieve.

Experience built inside the operation
Erica has managed fleets that include sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, specialty Sprinters, and buses. She understands how different vehicles and service types shape the work behind each reservation.
Much of her experience centers on inbound and outbound affiliate work. She knows the attention that farm-in trips require and the importance of careful vetting and ongoing affiliate management when sending work to another operator. Her background also includes substantial group and conference transportation work, managing the needs of both small and large groups.
Beyond daily operations, Erica has worked on consulting projects for transportation clients and fellow operators, including compliance, operational overhauls, and onsite event management.
A record of industry leadership
Erica has served on the Colorado Limousine Association board and was the association's president from 2023 to 2024. During her presidency, she helped grow the association to more than 100 members, created new programs for independent operators, and held the CLA's first industry conference with speakers, drawing attendees from eight states.
Her commitment to industry education extends beyond Colorado. She has served on the CD/NLA Show Education Committee since 2024 and is a member of the NLA Nominating Committee in 2026. She has also spoken at and moderated industry educational sessions and participated as a mentor in the CD/NLA Operator Mentoring Program.
Bringing operator experience to Limo Anywhere
Erica's connection to Limo Anywhere began on the customer side. She was an early user of Addons.LA and served on the Limo Anywhere President's Council as an operator.
That experience informs her approach to account management. Erica believes lasting growth starts with a solid operation. Systems and processes should be built to support a company's goals early, before added volume exposes gaps in the way the business runs.
