Limo Anywhere Enhances Reporting Flexibility with New Date Range Option

Limo Anywhere is continuing its mission to provide operators with smarter, more flexible tools to manage and analyze their business data. Our latest update to the Reporting & Analytics (R&A) module—gives users more control and precision when pulling trip data.

What’s New

Previously, R&A reports could only be generated based on the Pick-Up (PU) Date. With this enhancement, operators can now choose to generate reports using either:

• PU Date (default) – Generate reports just as before, filtered by the trip’s pick-up date.
• Trip Creation Date – Generate reports based on when the trip was created in the system.

This simple but powerful addition gives users greater flexibility in how they analyze trends, monitor performance, and reconcile operations across different timeframes.

Why It Matters

Operators often need to review bookings not just by when the trip occurred, but also by when it was created—especially for business development, accounting, and forecasting purposes.
By offering both date range options, Limo Anywhere ensures that users can:

• Track trip volume over time based on creation trends.
• Measure booking activity during specific promotional or seasonal periods.
• Align operational reporting with accounting or CRM data for greater business insights.

How It Works

When generating a report within the R&A module, users will now see a new dropdown menu under the Date Range filter, allowing them to select either PU Date or Trip Creation Date.
Once selected, the report will automatically adjust its parameters to return results accordingly—no additional setup required.
