Recent Limo Anywhere Enhancements Operators Should Know About

If you have only skimmed the recent release notes, there are several customer-facing enhancements worth a closer look. While the full notes also include maintenance updates and bug fixes, this post focuses on the additions operators are most likely to notice in day-to-day use.

New Dispatch continues to become more capable

A major theme across recent releases is continued investment in New Dispatch. Operators can now use Global Search directly in New Dispatch, making it easier to find the right reservation or record without breaking workflow. The dispatch grid also now supports Billing Account Priority, giving teams another layer of context when managing active reservations and important accounts.

Vehicle visibility has also improved. In Trip Details and related workflows, Limo Anywhere now displays a vehicle’s nickname first when one exists, or the car code first when it does not, followed by the vehicle description. For operators managing larger fleets, that should make vehicle identification faster and more intuitive.

Recent updates also added more flexibility inside the dispatch environment itself. Users can now display up to 500 rows per page, administrators can choose to hide the “New Res” button for selected users, and GPS is fully enabled within New Dispatch for better operational visibility.

With the newly released Link Drivers & Cars feature now available in New Dispatch as well, another familiar workflow from classic Dispatch has been brought into the newer experience. Altogether, these updates continue to make New Dispatch a more complete and practical workspace for day-to-day operations.

Better driver context on partner trips

Another helpful enhancement arrived in Driver Anywhere. Drivers can now see Partner Notes on transferred trips, improving visibility when handling partner work and reducing the need to relay important details outside the platform. For operators managing affiliate or partner reservations, that added context can help support smoother execution in the field.

Better visibility into completed work

The March 26 release also introduced Show Settled Trips in the Limo Anywhere Desktop calendar. Once enabled, settled trips remain visible on the calendar, giving operators better visibility into completed jobs instead of losing sight of them once they are settled. That can be especially helpful for teams reviewing recent activity, confirming completed work, or reconciling operations across the day.

AddOns continue to expand operational capabilities

Beyond dispatch, the March AddOns update also introduced new tools across payroll, communications, privacy, compliance, accounting, and reporting, including Native Payroll, SMS Masking, Unified Communications Inbox, Compliance Notifications, QuickBooks Payment Sync, Daily Reports, Driver Duty Status, DialPad support for Screen Pop, QAT GPS and Novafleet integrations, expanded Webhook Sync, and Interactive Page Tours.

Together, these additions give operators more built-in ways to automate back-office work, centralize communications, protect personal contact information, and improve operational visibility across the business.

The bigger takeaway

Across these recent releases, the direction is clear: Limo Anywhere is continuing to invest in tools that help operators work faster, see more, and manage more of their business from within the platform. New Dispatch is becoming more capable, visibility is improving across key workflows, and AddOns continue to expand the operational toolkit available to customers.
