Our latest Limo Anywhere updates focus on exactly that. This release introduces a new way to recalculate invoice totals when trips or rates change, improves how online booking cutoff rules are applied, strengthens vehicle selection through the Partner API, and adds several additional platform enhancements.

Keep Invoices Accurate When Trips or Rates Change

One of the most important improvements in this release is a new Recalculate option for invoices.

Transportation operations rarely stand still after an invoice is first created. A rate may need to be adjusted. A trip might be added or removed. Details can change as your team completes and reviews work.

The new Recalculate feature gives operators an easier way to make sure those changes are reflected in the invoice totals. When selected, Limo Anywhere recalculates all trips associated with the invoice so rate adjustments or trips added or removed after invoice creation are reflected accurately.

Online Reservations Now Follow ORES Cutoff Rules More Consistently

We have also improved how the Passenger Web App (PWA) works with your ORES booking cutoff settings.

Booking cutoff rules help operators control how close to pickup time customers can place reservations online. Those rules are especially important when your team needs sufficient time to assign vehicles, coordinate chauffeurs, or otherwise prepare for a trip.

With this update, cutoff rules configured for ORES are applied correctly within the Passenger Web App as well.

More Reliable Vehicle Selection Through the Partner API

This release also includes an improvement to the Limo Anywhere Partner API designed to strengthen booking accuracy.

Previously, rate searches for two different vehicle types could return the same search result ID. That could create the possibility of a trip being booked with the wrong vehicle type.

With this update, each vehicle-type rate lookup now receives its own unique search result ID.

Why It Matters

As operators increasingly rely on integrations and automated booking channels, improvements like this help maintain accuracy while reducing the need for manual intervention.
