New Integrations and Workflow Improvements to Help Operators Move Faster

Small workflow improvements can make a big difference when your team is trying to move quickly and deliver a professional experience.

That is why our latest product updates focus on helping operators work more efficiently across key areas of the Limo Anywhere platform, including phone system integrations, fleet visibility, Reporting & Analytics, Passenger Web App payments, and international data support.

Dialpad screen pop support for faster call handling

Operators using Dialpad can now take advantage of inbound call screen pop support in Limo Anywhere.

With this update, incoming Dialpad call events can be processed so customer information can be matched and displayed when calls come in. This helps reservation and dispatch teams reduce manual searching, respond faster, and deliver a smoother customer service experience over the phone.

For busy operators, every second counts. Having customer details available as a call comes in can help teams confirm ride information, answer questions, and make updates more efficiently.

New 3D Tracking GPS provider support

We have also added support for 3D Tracking as a GPS provider.

This integration allows vehicle position data and available telemetry from 3D Tracking to update within the platform, including details such as location, speed, heading, ignition status, odometer readings, engine status, timestamps, and more.

For operators using 3D Tracking, this helps bring fleet visibility into the Limo Anywhere workflow, supporting better dispatch awareness and operational control.

Reporting & Analytics filters are easier to navigate

Reporting & Analytics filters have been improved to make it easier to find the information you need.

Inactive accounts, agents, drivers, and vehicles are now clearly highlighted in red within filter selections. Filter lists are also sorted more consistently, with active items listed alphabetically first, followed by inactive items alphabetically.

This is especially helpful for operators with years of historical data or large teams and fleets. Cleaner, more organized filters mean less time searching and more time acting on the insights in your reports.

Expanded phone and currency support

This release also includes several updates that improve support for operators and customers across different regions.

Limo Anywhere now includes support for Armenian Dram as a currency, adds validation for the new US 975 area code, and improves phone number support for Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

Small updates that add up

These updates help make the platform more flexible for operators serving international customers, travelers, and affiliates.

Not every product improvement needs to be a major new feature to make a meaningful impact.
