applications, services and products, for example by subscription or by means of

that you submit within the mobile application.

share your personal information without your consent, except based on the

- it is necessary to perform the contractual obligations in our Terms & Conditions and in order to provide the Services to you;
- it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal claims;
- it is necessary for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate interests;

- it is necessary in the public interest;
- it is necessary to protect your vital interests, or those of others.
