How the Holiday Taxis integration works
Bookings come into Limo Anywhere
The integration checks for new bookings every 15 minutes. Depending on your settings, bookings are accepted automatically or held for review before a reservation is created.
Imported reservations include passenger information, flight details, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, and the Holiday Taxis reference.
Driver and trip details go back
Once you assign a driver and vehicle, their details are sent to Holiday Taxis automatically. Trip status updates and the vehicle’s live location around pickup time are also shared.
For trips you farm out, the integration sends your affiliate’s driver and vehicle details, so Holiday Taxis receives information about the team handling the trip.
Keep up with changes before pickup
Changes to flights, pickup times, and drop-off locations follow the same 15-minute cycle. They update the reservation automatically or wait in the review queue, with the differences clearly identified.
Keep control of how bookings enter your operation
Map your vehicles and child seats
Match Holiday Taxis vehicle types to your own vehicle categories during setup. Suggestions are offered, but you choose each mapping. Child seats are mapped in the same way so those requirements carry through to the reservation.
Choose when and how bookings are accepted
Review each booking before it becomes a reservation, or enable automatic acceptance when you are ready.
- Set an acceptance window. Automatically accept bookings only within a chosen number of days before pickup. Bookings farther out can wait in the queue at no charge until they are brought in as new reservations.
- Choose reservation statuses. Set a status for new trips and a different status for last-minute bookings so dispatch can identify them quickly.
- Choose how trips are classified. Bring bookings in as Farm-In instead of In-House when that better fits your messaging and reporting.
Link trips you already entered
The integration looks for potential matches among your existing Holiday Taxis reservations. Confirm a match and link the booking to the existing trip to help avoid a duplicate reservation. Linking an existing trip is free.
Review exceptions in one place
A single queue lets you compare the Holiday Taxis booking with your own trip details, read the notes from Holiday Taxis, and open the reservation directly.
When a booking needs action, such as mapping a vehicle type, confirming a match, or reviewing a change, dispatch receives one email for that booking. An in-app notification is also available if enabled. The same alert is not repeated every 15 minutes.

Retail pricing. Each newly created trip is charged once.

An arrival and a return count as two trips. If both are created as new reservations through the integration, the total charge is $2.

Ask Holiday Taxis to enable Supplier Connect API access for your supplier account and provide an API key.
Enable the integration
Open Partner Connectivity > Holiday Taxis, turn on the integration, and enter your key.
Set your account preferences
Choose the billing account for Holiday Taxis trips and the statuses new reservations should use.
Review upcoming bookings
Fetch upcoming bookings, map vehicle types and child seats, and confirm matches with trips you have already entered.
Choose your acceptance settings
Continue reviewing bookings or enable automatic acceptance when you are ready. You can limit automatic acceptance to a set number of days before pickup.

Who is this integration for?
It is designed for operators who are already suppliers to Holiday Taxis, part of HBX Group. You will need Holiday Taxis to enable Supplier Connect API access and provide an API key for your supplier account.
Can I start with manual review?
Yes. Review bookings individually and turn on automatic acceptance when you are ready. You can also limit automatic acceptance to a chosen number of days before pickup.
Will I be charged for a trip I already entered?
Linking a Holiday Taxis booking to an existing reservation is free. The $1 charge applies when the integration creates a new trip. Bookings waiting in the queue are not charged while they wait.
What happens if the driver is already on the way when a booking is canceled?
The trip stays active and dispatch is alerted so your team can handle the situation. A confirmation is sent back to Holiday Taxis.
